Your kit arrives
At your very first member pickup, the rider hands over your Kozy Bag or Box. It is ours, on loan to you — that is what keeps the plan honest.
Fill it. We collect it.

Wedding dresses, couture and bespoke pieces are quoted, not priced — beading, fabric and detail change the work. Book a pickup, we assess your piece free of charge, and send a quote for your approval before any work begins.

Standard care returns in 3–5 days. Express 48 (+50%) or Express 24 (+100%) jumps the cleaning queue — ideal for last-minute events.
Machine or handwash — you choose at checkout.
Every price above is standard machine wash. Handwash adds +50% to your cleaning subtotal — each piece is washed and finished by hand, which takes more time and expert care, so it carries a premium.
Pickup & delivery — first one's on us.
Your first pickup and delivery is FREE. After that, every delivery is a flat ₦1,500 island-wide (Ikoyi to Lekki) — no distance surprises, added at checkout. Express orders keep the same rate. Circle members never pay it.
Quiet questions, honest answers
What counts as “couture” for The Atelier?
Designer pieces, aso-oke and lace, agbada, bridal and anything delicate enough that you would rather ask first. Atelier pieces are assessed before every treatment, hand-finished, and returned in protective covers. If you are unsure, send it with your next pickup — the studio will tell you which plan (or per-item care) suits it.
What if my bag is not full — or overflowing?
A half-full bag still counts as one of your pickups (the rider still rides). An overflowing one becomes an extra pickup — up to two a month at the plan rate, charged on that order. Nothing surprises you.
What happens to the bag or box if I leave?
It returns with your final delivery and that closes the chapter cleanly. If it does not come back, the replacement fee on your plan covers it — no deposits, no drama.
When do my duvets and curtains refresh?
Duvet and curtain perks reset every 3 months; the yearly deep clean resets each January. Your portal always shows what is left, so there is nothing to remember.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes — one tap in your portal. The plan stays fully active to the last day you paid for, then simply does not renew. No calls, no forms, no drama.
How do I pay?
Card members are charged automatically each month through Paystack. Transfer members get a reminder before renewal with the studio account details — pay, attach the receipt, and the month extends.
